I talk a lot about goals, but there is a reason that is. Having goals projects you forward. Working out your goals, leads you to your strategy. Start by assessing your current situation. You might do that by looking at and analysing last year’s data if it is available, alternatively you may just consider the ‘snapshot’ in time that is now.
