Happy New Year and Welcome to 2019.

A new year is the perfect time to both reflect on the past year and start something new for the new year.

Reflections on 2018

2018 was an exciting year. We launched our Networking Planner at the beginning of the year which we funded on Kickstarter. The Networking Planner is your tool for keeping on top of your networking and business development throughout the year.

Using our own Networking Planner we had a busy year, taking on a number of roles of responsibility (one committee role, one chair role and one directorship) in addition to my full-time job. As well as all the regular networking events I also helped launch a couple of new (hopefully to become regular) events including speed networking and mentoring circle and laid the foundations for kicking off a new group in 2019 for people who want to work on their presentation skills.

On the blog we have been posting content more regularly and slowly building a wider readership.

So what is in store for 2019?

I love a new year. It gives you a fresh start and new BIGGER goals.

In 2019 we will continue to share Networking Tips and Stories on the Blog.

As well as our regular blog posts we will also be:

• releasing version 2.0 of the Networking Planner. The Planner will be updated to include a 2019/2020 Calendar and a few stylistic amendments. Any new orders placed from 01 January 2019 will receive the 2019/20 edition.
• releasing a new Kickstarter Make 100 Campaign where we will be looking for funding for the Social Media Edition of the Visibility Planner. If you enjoyed the visibility planner or the networking planner – you will love this notebook. Sign up to our dedicated mailing list to get notified when we launch.
• releasing new sticker pack for our Networkit.
• boosting our social media presence. In particular, we will be focusing more on our Instagram feed. You can follow us on Instagram here for networking tips, quotes and pictures.
• taking part in the 2019 April A to Z Challenge once again. Suggestions for a theme are welcome.
• Launching our new Template Library.
