What are your Key Messages?
When you are writing your social media content and stories you should also be displaying your brand values and key messages (which will hopefully already form part of your brand guidelines).
However, if you have not clearly identified your Key Messages, it is important to do so as these should create the overarching framework of your social media content (and strategy).
The Social Media Planner contains a number of pages that you can use to identify your Key Messages and plan your content against the Key Messages to get you started.
Your stories (and content) should match up with at least one of your key messages to ensure that you are staying on topic and relevant to your core audience!
