Mentoring in the Workplace

mentoring - networking tips for beginners

Mentors within the company can play an important role in the retention of employees. When Mentors are engaged with employees, those mentees form stronger bonds with their company and usually have higher job satisfaction. This is because they feel supported and cared about – and this is important right now.

If a company wants to retain talent, Mentoring can be an important way to do this.
