Networking & Business Development with your Key Clients and Contacts – What do you want to focus on for the next 12 months?
Where would you like to focus your networking and business development activities over the next 12 months?
Take a moment to list your key client relationships and write a list of the names of your key client contacts both internally and externally that you either already have an established relationship with or alternatively, they are in a position to give you or refer you work.
Then write beside each of these how you might be able to build your relationship with each of these people (or get an introduction). Alternatively, if you are unsure of how best to take the relationship forward – mark it as such.
Once you have your list you should then be able to clearly identify what you should focus on – have a mix of maximum reward and quick wins – and develop a plan for each. For example: For those that you need help, or need a buddy to work with you on it – look to source an appropriate person.
