Quick Tip: Ask Icebreaker Questions at Team Meetings

Icebreaker Questions can be great conversations starters for networking events. However, they can also be useful for finding out more about your own team and encouraging your team to find out more about each other.

Use team meetings and group catch-ups to ask icebreaker questions. You can also do ice breakers in “interviews” for team newsletters. You can use interesting answers for your team quizzes.

It doesn’t matter how long you have been working together as a team – there is always something new and interesting to learn about your colleagues (and contacts).
