Celebrate the Small (and Big) Wins as an Individual and a Team

A great way to improve company morale during this difficult and uncertain time is to celebrating wins – both big and small. This is should be celebrating the individual wins and achievements of those within your company and team as well as any team achievements.

On an internal-only basis, these “celebrations” can be as small as a team-wide email or Teams message acknowledging the win or a Kudos Card or as big as a prize or treat for the completion of a particular project. 

In relation to “external” communications, this might be giving some Kudos via LinkedIn or it might be giving a shout-out on a social media platform.

Gratitude is important. Show your team and your coworkers your gratitude—it’s a great habit to get into.
