Quick Tip: Have a Supply of Thank You Cards

Send a thank you card.

One of my colleagues got a thank you card in the post this week. She was simply delighted. It reminded me (because I’ve not sent a card in a while) that cards have an impact.

Probably more of an impact than most other forms of communication.

So have a supply of thank you cards so that you an drop one in the post when you need to say thanks!
