Quick Tip: Offer your Network Opportunities

All anyone needs is an opportunity. A great way to help your network is to not wait until they come to you. Instead, when you know that there is an opportunity available or you think someone else might benefit from an opportunity put them forward, offer them or tell them the opportunity so that they can look into it further, share the opportunity so that they know about it.

Often an opportunity is all someone needs.

An opportunity to do a good job, to give something a go. Once they have an opportunity they then have as much of an opportunity as anyone to go and do well.
