Quick Tip: Sign up for a Mentoring Programme

If you haven’t already signed up for a mentoring programme – now is the perfect time to do it! Many companies run employee mentoring programmes. If you are not part of yours, sign up and take advantage of it. If you don’t have a mentoring programme at work – why not look for an informal mentor, or a formal mentor through an external organisation.
