Quick Tip: Treat a Colleague to Coffee

It is important to regularly keep in touch with your colleagues, particularly if you don’t see them in person that often, or only see them when you are both really busy. Carve out some time to keep in touch by inviting them to coffee.

Additionally, it shouldn’t always be what is on your agenda, take note with what is going on with people as there are times where they might appreciate some catch up time if they are new or stressed and having difficulties.

Maybe you simply appreciate your team members and want to show them. Whatever the reason, the small gesture of a coffee or a doughnut/cookies etc is likely to bring a smile to your colleague’s face.
