As with all social media platforms – keep it relevant.
Use relevant hashtags. Post relevant “on brand” content. Use relevant keywords to boost your SEO. Engage with certain (relevant) people and types of content to boost your engagement and build your network.
The more you engage with certain people and certain types of content the more those people and that type of content will show up in your feed due to the algorithm.
Additionally, the more relevant and engaging your content is the more likely that it is that it will show up in their feed.
