Getting to know people and bonding over a common interest can be a great way to network both with colleagues internally and with others outside of your company.

Joining an online book club can be a great way to do this. You might join an informal book club which meets in an online space (usually by video conference) to discuss books.

Alternatively, you might want to join something more formal where you sign up to a book club subscription and get sent the book and everything else you need to then have a conversation with some online contacts on a regular basis.

There are lots of different options available. The key is to find something that works for you.
