Remote Networking Tips #13: Measure and Monitor what you are doing
You should always be measuring and monitoring what you are doing, but we would like to remind you that it is important to do this (and continue to do this). Particularly, at a time when you may feel as if you are not making any progress.
Review and Monitor your Networking activities using your networking planner (or other chosen system). The more information and data you have about what you are doing and what is working/not working the more decisions you are able to make about where to invest your time and how to make your networking efforts a success.
Additionally, it can also help you identify any delayed leads at a future date or things to pick up at a later date when things have “returned to normal”.
