Social Media Planner: Campaigns
The FULL edition of the Social Media Planner contains space for detailed planning of 5 social media campaigns.
The Campaigns Planning Section includes space for:
- Pre-Campaign preparation
- Content Ideas
- Campaign to do list
- Post-Campaign Review and Reflection
01 Pre-Campaign Preparation
Before you kick off your Social media Campaign you should spend some time planning your campaign. Set a goal for your campaign – what do you want to achieve?
Next you can plan out what platforms you are going to promote your campaign on (all of them or only one of them). What Hashtags and Messages you are going to use for this specific campaign.
02 Content Ideas
The planner contains two pages for planning out your content and schedule for the content. This might be specific promotions, draft promotions, blog posts and associated content, or specific content for social media. These can be planned and brainstormed in the campaigns section of your planner, before being used in the main planner.
03 Campaign to Do List
The next section in the planner is a two page to do list – for you to write your own to do list based on what you are doing as part of the campaign, this might be writing and sourcing content, it might be take photographs, it might be scheduling content, whatever it is you can keep everything in one place and write out your to do list (without cluttering up the main planning section of the planner).
04 Post-Campaign Review
We finish this section with the post-campaign review. This includes a section for reviewing whether you achieved the goals you set at the beginning of the campaign and measuring your stats. As well as a section for follow up action and improvements/learning points for your next campaign.
